1. Agreement to terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Black Wealth Transfer mobile application, Progressive Web Application (PWA), or website operated by ZITNALTA™ Labs (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use the platform.

2. Creator video content and community standards

Black Wealth Transfer is a public social commerce community dedicated to empowering Black-Owned businesses. Users who upload videos, photos, sound recordings, documents, or comments agree to the following standards:

  • Prohibited content. You may not upload or broadcast content containing nudity, sexually explicit material, graphic violence, harassment, hate speech, defamation, fraudulent claims, or promotion of unlawful activities.
  • Active moderation and enforcement. All uploaded content is subject to automated and human review. Violating content will be removed and offending accounts permanently banned.
  • In-app reporting and blocking. Users have built-in tools to flag content or block abusive users from the video player, comments feed, and forum discussions.
  • Intellectual property and licensing. You retain ownership of your original video and audio content while granting Black Wealth Transfer a non-exclusive license to host, stream, index, and promote it across the platform.

3. Independent merchant relationships and direct patronage

Black Wealth Transfer connects conscious consumers directly with independent Black-Owned businesses.

Direct merchant commerce disclaimer. All business transactions, product purchases, restaurant orders, appointments, and payments occur directly between the consumer and the independent merchant. Black Wealth Transfer is an indexing, video discovery, and direct-connection directory. It is not the seller of third-party merchant inventory and is not liable for merchant fulfillment, warranties, shipping delays, or quality of goods.

4. Community events and Pull Up and Buy Black cash mobs

The platform provides scheduling and calendar tools allowing users and community organizers to host Pull Up and Buy Black cash mobs, merchant grand openings, and local economic rallies:

  • Event organizers are solely responsible for ensuring gatherings comply with all local laws, permits, and venue requirements.
  • Black Wealth Transfer provides discovery tools for peaceful, lawful community patronage and assumes no liability for off-platform gatherings or events.

5. Digital goods, in-app purchases, and sponsorships

The platform allows users and businesses to purchase fixed-value digital goods, physical catalog subscriptions, and advertising impression packages:

  • Infrastructure Champion badges. Digital badges and profile recognition icons signify active community support and server maintenance sponsorship.
  • Sponsored impressions and spotlights. Merchants will be able to purchase fixed impression packages to boost video visibility. Delivery metrics are reported transparently.
  • No gambling, no loot boxes. All purchases are fixed-value commercial transactions. The platform contains no chance-based loot boxes, no gambling, and no cryptocurrency tokens.

6. Geolocation and Augmented Reality quests

Location services are used on-device to power local merchant discovery, and will support Augmented Reality quest milestones as these features roll out. Your real-time location is never shared with, broadcast to, or visible to other users.

7. Intellectual property and sovereign branding

All Black Wealth Transfer trademarks, application architecture, software code, UI designs, and sovereign branding assets are the exclusive intellectual property of ZITNALTA™ Labs. Merchant trademarks, logos, and creator video assets remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ZITNALTA™ Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall ZITNALTA™ Labs be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
