1. Sovereign mission and overview

Black Wealth Transfer (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a sovereign property of ZITNALTA™ Labs, operates the Black Wealth Transfer platform, Progressive Web Application (PWA), and Android application. Our mission is to accelerate community economic independence by connecting conscious patrons directly with Black-Owned businesses through video commerce, sovereign mapping, and community discovery.

We believe in total transparency. This Privacy Policy details every category of data processed, our security protections, and your sovereign rights over your data.

2. Geolocation privacy and map discovery

To display nearby Black-Owned businesses, calculate travel distances, and power interactive map exploration, which will support Augmented Reality quest milestones as these features roll out:

  • Approximate location. Used to filter business listings and event hubs by metropolitan region (for example Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, Detroit, Philadelphia).
  • Precise GPS location. Used on-device to calculate distance to merchant storefronts and guide users to map quest landmarks.
Strict location privacy guarantee. Your real-time physical location is processed locally on your device or matched against server milestones solely for business discovery. Your live location is never shared with, broadcast to, or visible to other users of the application.

3. Personal information and account management

We process personal information provided during registration, profile claims, or order placements:

  • Name and user IDs. Display names and unique Firebase authentication identifiers used to manage accounts, video uploads, and bookmarks.
  • Email address. Used for account login (Google Sign-In / OAuth), order receipts, customer support, platform updates, and anti-fraud monitoring.
  • Phone number. Collected for merchant directory contact listings and, as SMS verification login is introduced, to prevent automated bot accounts.
  • Physical address. Collected when merchants submit storefront addresses for the directory or when patrons request shipping for the ZITNALTA™ Buy Black Catalog as this becomes available.

4. User-generated content and media assets

Black Wealth Transfer is a creator-powered video commerce ecosystem:

  • Videos and photos. Creator video spotlights, business showcases, and video cover thumbnails are hosted and streamed to the community.
  • Audio files and sovereign soundtracks. Voice search inputs, merchant promotional voice announcements, and sovereign background music.
  • Files and documents. Merchant-uploaded menus, price sheets, catalog brochures, and flyers, as these features become available.
  • Content moderation. All uploads are actively moderated. Nudity, graphic violence, hate speech, or unlawful material is strictly prohibited. Users have built-in tools to report content and block accounts.

5. In-app activity and community engagement

To deliver recommendations and foster community engagement:

  • App interactions and likes. Views, favorites, likes, and quest milestones are logged to personalize your feed and calculate creator rankings.
  • In-app search history. Directory queries are analyzed to surface trending Black-Owned businesses and improve auto-complete.
  • Community messages and inquiries. Forum posts, video comments, bio descriptions, and contact form inquiries routed to merchants.
  • Outbound link taps. Taps on external merchant links are measured to report traffic and patronage volume back to business owners.

6. Digital goods and commercial transparency

The platform allows users to purchase fixed-value digital goods (such as Infrastructure Champion badges and profile recognition icons), physical Buy Black Catalogs, and, as these become available, sponsored impression boosts:

No gambling, no loot boxes. The platform contains no chance-based loot boxes, no gambling mechanics, and no cryptocurrency tokens. All transactions are explicit, fixed-value purchases.

Sponsored listings. Clearly labeled sponsored spotlights and impression packages will be able to appear in the feed as these features roll out. Delivery metrics are aggregated and reported to merchant sponsors.

7. Performance, diagnostics, and security

We collect automated technical diagnostics, Firebase installation tokens, and crash logs to maintain streaming stability, optimize load times, and protect our infrastructure against attacks and fraudulent bots.

8. Data retention, security, and deletion rights

All data transmissions are encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 / HTTPS. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party data brokers.

Account and data deletion (CCPA/CPRA/GDPR). You maintain complete sovereignty over your data. You may request permanent deletion of your account and all associated records at any time by emailing:
